The IBSA was founded by an alliance of online businesses dedicated to maintaining the reputation of and the standards of service wherever and whenever business is conducted on the web.

Our seal, the GOLDEN HEART, is a symbol of equitable and honest business practices all over the Internet. Its presence signifies that you are dealing with a company that meets, without fail, our strenuous guidelines covering areas such as advertising, selling practices, customer complaints resolution, issues concerning minors, just to name a few.
